It is with humble acceptance of God’s Will that we announce the promotion to glory of the late mama Salome Kanyiri of Mitoone village, Maitei location, Buuri East Sub-County Meru, on 21st February 2020.

Daughter of the late Pharis M’Rutere M’Mugwika and late Tabitha Nkirote and. Step daughter of the late Rael Mugure. Sister of Beatrice Makandi and the late Justus Mworia, Erastus Mutwiri and Rosemary Rutere, Margaret Gacheke and the late Victoria M’Inoti, Priscilla Kairuthi and Valentino Kirimi, Fredrick Timoi and Dorcus Igoki. Mother of Japhet Muthuri and Tabitha, Joseph Kinoti and Makena, the late Judith Ntarar’a, Martin Kirimi and Lucy, the late Lucy Kagwiria and Wambugu, Patrick Mutuma and Purity Ntinyari. She was Aunt, cousin and grandmother of many.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at her home Mitoone starting from 5:00pm for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves St.Teresa’s Hospital Kiirua on 28th February 2020 at 10:00am for funeral service and burial at her home Mitoone village, Maitei location Meru.

Mum, Aunt, Sister, Grandma, in God’s hands you rest but your memories will be treasured in our hearts forever.
