MR. GEORGE JOACHIM GITAU MWATHI

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Mr. George Joachim Gitau Mwathi after a long illness bravely borne.

Son of the Late George Mbogo and the late Cecilia Wariva Mbogo. Loving Husband of Rose Mwathi. Father to Anne and John Mwenja, George and Helen Mwathi, Molly and Eric Mungai, Pauline and George Kamau, Christine and John Katiku. Grandfather to Trevor Mwenja, Beverly Mwenja, Gitau Mwathi, Noni Mwathi, Karungari Mungai, Githuku Mungai, Noni Mungai, Nyokabi Kamau, Mbugua Kamau, Kavisa Katiku and Muthoni Katiku. Great Grandfather to Luna Wariva and Prince Mungai Kiwango. Brother to the Late Peter Mwangi, Immaculate Wanja Kimani the late Angelus Warigi, Festus Wamwea, Bibiana Wambui Kihara, Mary Muthoni Kathae, Joseph Njoroge, Agnes Wangari,Anastasia Kabura Mukirae. He was an in-law, cousin, Uncle and friend to many.

Family and Friends are meeting daily at The Sagret Hotel from 5pm and at his home in Ngei Phase 2.
