SALOME NJERI KIGWE

It is with humble acceptance and thanksgiving to the Almighty God that we announce the passing on of Salome Njeri Kigwe on the 10th of September 2020.

Daughter of the late Chief Charles Kigwe Gatheca and the Late Gladys Wambui. Mother to Charles Kigwe Salome and Elizabeth Wambui Salome. She was the mother in law to Brenda Kigwe. Sister to the late George Gatheca, Anne Njahira Kagiri, the late Goretti Mumbi Mugwanja, Joseph Wathua, Gabriel Muritu, the late Micheal Kabue, Pauline Muthoni and Joyce Wacuka. She was a grandmother to Andrew, Michael,Aimee and Trevor Kigwe. She was an in-law to David and Joyce Rukenya. A step-sister, aunty, cousin and friend to many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at her home in Section 9,Thika for prayers from 4pm. Please join us in celebrating her life.

The cortege shall depart from Montezuma Monalisa Funeral Home, Kabati on Thursday, 17th September 2020 at 8:30 am. The funeral service will be held at St. Theresa Catholic Church, Kalimoni at 10:30am and thereafter, burial will take place at the Kigwe Cemetery, Juja.

Psalms 34:4-5 I sought the Lord and He answered me and delivered me from all my fears. Those who look to Him are radiant, and their faces shall never be ashamed.
