Father of Peris Nyawira, CPA Peter Kimari, Charles Njui, Dr. Phylis Muthoni, Merioth Wangechi, David Muriithi, John Wachira, Eustace Biringi and Susan Waihu-ini. Father in law of Lucy Kimari, Margaret Njui, David Muturi Kigo, David Korir, Eunice Mwikali Muriithi, Jane Wachira and Margaret Biringi. Brother of the late Biringi Kimari, the late Ndegwa Kamari, the late Muchemi Kimari, the late Joel Ngatia Kimara, and the late Banice Wambui. Step brother of Nyaguthit wa Gatonye and David Ndiritu Kimari and the late Waironyi Kimari, the late Nyakwera Kimari, the late Kamande Kimari, and the late Wangechi Kimari. Grandfather and great grandfather of many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his home in Kiguru Village from 3.00 pm for prayers and burial preparations.

The cortege leaves Consolata Hospital Mathari on Thursday 17th September 2020 at 8:00 am, followed by prayer and funeral service at his home in Kiguru Village, Amboni Sublocation, Mweiga Location from 11:00 am.
