GEORGE NJOROGE GATARI (GG)

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing away of George Njoroge Gatari (GG) on Thursday the 1st October 2020 in Columbus Ohio.

George formerly worked at Kenya Airways and worked for Spectrum until he passed on. He is survived by his wife Mary and children Leah and Jeremiah. George is the son of the late Joseph Raphael Njoroge and the late Veronica Wagio Njoroge. He is the son in law to the late Mayor Donald Mwanza Mutua and Loise Nthenya Mwanza. He was a brother to Lucas, Ndonye, Esther, and the lateWahu. He was brother-in-law to Gladys, Ramsey, and Mbula. He was a cousin, uncle and friend to many.

In Nairobi, a Memorial will be held at 17 Milimani in Nairobi on Friday the 9th October 2020 starting from 1.30 p.m., and the funeral will take place in Columbus, OH on Tuesday the 13th October 2020, after which he will be laid to rest at the Alton Cemetery in Galloway, Ohio.

GG was the happiest of souls and we know he has taken his infectious smile and laughter to those that left before him.
