CELINE ADHIAMBO OCHIENG

 Born: 23 August 1954 – Died: 7 October 2020

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of our beloved Celine Adhiambo Ochieng, a retired teacher of St. George’s Primary School, Nairobi, which occurred on 7th October, 2020 after a brave battle with cancer.

Wife of Aloys Ochieng’ Ang’asa (formerly of CA), loving and caring mother of Cynthia, Robert and Santa; stepmother of Juma, Kubasu, Bryan, Lorna, Aloys Jnr, Marion and Veronica.

Daughter of the Late Andrea Owondo and Late Mama Teresa Owondo, and daughter-in-law of the late Aloys Ang’asa Odinga and Late Mama Veronica Ang’asa.

Sister of Ludwina, Agatha, Vincent, Lucia, Patrick, Mathew, John Bosco and Mactilda and sister-in-law of the late Andrew, late Sophia, late Albert, Christine, Donald, late Godric, Justine, Julia, Scholastica, James, and niece, cousin, aunt as well as grandmother of many.

The body is lying at the Montezuma and Monalisa Funeral Home. Mass will be celebrated at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Kileleshwa on Thursday 15th October at 10a.m.

Burial will be at her home at Budama Village, Lugulu Sublocation, Butula Subcounty, Busia County on Saturday 17th October 2020.

Relatives and friends are meeting daily at her residence in Nairobi, Kilimani-Villacom Estate, Likoni Rd, off Dennis Pritt Road, Hse No. 33.
