We celebrate the life of Mama Abigael Nyarangi Ochungo who passed away on 20th Nov 2020 at Karen Hosp.

Daughter of the late Otwori Nyandega and late Kemunto (Nyatichi). Beloved wife to the late Nicanor Ochungo Barake, mother to Z. Barake (Kisii/ Kineni), N. Mecha (Kitale), Nyaitondi (Riamandere), Moraa (USA), Monica (Ngong),Makori (Nyamira Express), Ocharo (Kenyenya), Andrew (Kineni), Margaret (Joska), Mong’are (Thika), Maranga (Mombasa), Morara (Gilgil),and Lamech (MSA). Mother in law to Mary (Kisii/ Kineni), Teresa (Kitale), late Mokua,Abuga (USA), Francis (Ngong), Rudia (Kenyenya), Hellena (Kenyenya), Moraa (Kineni), Ariisi (Joska), Bosibori (Kenyenya), Peninah (Msa) and Jane (Msa).

Sister to Ombati, Late Monica, Nyamoita, Late Anunda and late Kemuma. Auntie to Barake (NRB), Dr. Zaja (UON), Ken Barake (NRB),Late Charles Barake, Gekes, Grace (UN), Nyang’au (Mosobeti), Salome (Embonga), Joyce (NRB), Nduko, Nyaitondis, Abuga (City Council) among others. There will be a major fundraising today 1st Dec 2020 at Professional Centre from 5pm to meet the funeral costs.

The cortege will leave Umash funeral home on Thursday 3rd Dec 2020 for her home in Kenyenya village, Nyabisimba Sub location, Bonyamatuta location, Nyamira County. Burial will take place on Friday 4th Dec 2020.
