It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Adeline Andia Ogut who passed away on 23rd October 2021.

Cherished daughter of Herman Elime Chasala and Mama Grace Kavere Elime of Embaga,  Vihiga. Beloved wife of Eng. Silas Nyambok (State Department of Housing and Urban Development). Doting mother to Garang De-Mabior, Isaac Moreno (Both of Acacia Crest Academy), Trizah Asure (Lakewood Emerald Academy) and baby Hapruoth Adeline Andia.

Loving Sister to Josephine Ambogo (County Government of Homa Bay), Martin Elime, Jackline Andisi, Maureen Makungu, Fredrick Lumbasia and Kevin Chasala. Daughter-in-law to the late Ibrahim Nyambok and the late Teresa Asure and Mama Margaret Atieno. Sister-in-law to Daniel G. Nyambok, Joseph Nyambok, Alice Oluoch (Nyandege), Susan Gor, Tobias Nyambok, Julius Nyambok, Isaac Ogola, Joseph Ogola, Zilper Abila, Moses Ouso, among others.

Aunt to Lily, Selphas, Calvince, Peter Osiany, Felix, Mary (Nyawana), July, Clifford, Alfred, Gospel, Zenah, Zaina, Otis, Fadha, Loyce, Peninah, Molly, Tarah, Timon, Liz, Frank, Kateri, Milly, Cynthia, Janet, Sheila,  Tosh, among others.

A major Harambee to clear hospital bill and for funeral expenses has been scheduled for Sunday 7th November, 2021, from 2.00pm at her residence in Kitengela. Contributions may be channeled through Pay-bill No. (8043581), A/c: (1273265343).

The cortege leaves Montezuma Monalisa Funeral Home, on Wednesday 10th November, 2021, for prayers at Crystal Fountain SDA Church (Kitengela) at 9.30am and at her home in New Valley Estate.

The body will then be flown to Kisumu on 11th November, 2021, for the final journey to her rural home in Kanyaluo, Karachuonyo.

Funeral service will be conducted on 12th November, 2021, from 8.00am, at Wikondiek Stadium followed by burial at her homestead in Pith Kodongo, Lwanda-GuI, Kanyaluo – Homa Bay County. All Covid19 protocols will be strictly adhered to.
