AGNES GATHONI MARUA

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Agnes Gathoni Marua (Diana Medical Centre — Nyeri) which occurred on 23rd November 2022.

Loving wife to Samuel Marua Mithanga. Mother to Jane Ngima, Lilly Warukira, Mary Wambui,Antony Maina (Tony), Pauline and Maina Itegi and Philip Macharia. Guardian mother to Winfred Warukira, Rose Wanjiru and Antony Maina.

Sister to the late Marion, the late Ruth, the late Lydia, the late Moses, Sr Mary Philip, the late Raphael Muthiga, John Weru Macharia, Scholastics Njeri Muriuki and the Mathenge’s.

Sister-in-love to Wambui & Kingori, Nyakairore & Nderitu, the late Wangui, the late Gathoni, Wachihi & Wambaire Mithanga, Swaleh & Wangeci Maina, the late Wanjiru and Florence & Isaac Githuthu.

Grandmother to Jeff, Michael, Eric, Roy, Nicole, and Abigail. Great-grandmother to many.

The burial will be on Friday, 2nd December 2022. The cortege will leave from Outspan Funeral Home at 8.30am and the funeral service will be at St Peters Cathedral (ACK) Nyeri at 10.30am and then the burial at Rukira (Mahiga Location, Othaya).
