Daughter of the late Musa Mutanda Obura, the late mama Aireni Makokha Mutanda, and the late mama Gladys Ajwang’i Mutanda.

Beloved wife of the late Milton Akotsi Omoto. Mother of Edgar Omoto, Evans Mutanda and Maureen Peggy, and Joel Omotto, Monica Betty, and Doreen Were. Co-wife of Mama Miriam Akinyi Ojwang.

Mother-in-law of Angellah Achungo,Wilfridah Inyangala, Christabel Nandwa, Dr. Benson Agaya, Eric Juma, and Josephat Bahati. Grandmother of Victor, Joy, David, Mark, Faith, Joan, Daisy, Ethan, Nathan, Andy, Adriel, Amon, Michaela, Mariela, Mireya, Bradley, Branice, Imani, Amani. Great Grandmother of Aslan.

Family and Friends are meeting daily at her residence in Bukhakhala, Busia and in Nairobi.

There will be a fundraising at All Saints Cathedral, Nairobi, on Wednesday 17th July 2024 from 5:30 pm.

The cortege will leave Sega mortuary for her home, Bukhakhala Village, Butula Sub-county, Busia County on Friday 26th July 2024.

The funeral service will be held at Bukhakhala Primary School grounds on Saturday 27th July 2024 and Mama Agneta will thereafter be laid to rest at her home.
