It is with great sorrow and humble acceptance that we wish to announce the death of Alice Esther Guya Omondi, which occurred on 5th November, 2021. She was born on 19th May, 1978 in Homa Bay Town.

Wife of Stephen Omondi Odindo. Mother of Robert Ojiem Omondi and Hadassah Amollo Omondi. Daughter of Kepha Peter Guya and Cyprine Guya. Sister of the late George, Judith, the late Eddy and Stephen Guya. Step-daughter of Abigael and Beth Guya. Daughter-in-law of Henry Ogilla and Jane Odindo. Sister-in-law of Paul Yongo, John Ogilla, Judith Odindo, Buxton Odindo, Caren Ogilla, and Terry Yongo.

Family and friends are meeting at their home in Croton Ridge Estate along Kenyatta Road for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege will leave Kenyatta University Funeral Home, at 9.00am on 19th November, 2021, for burial on 20th November, 2021, at their rural home in Central Seme -West Kanyadwera, Kisumu County.
