It’s with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Alice Kanini, wife to the late Jonah Keru Ndaiga of Kiamabara, Mathira, Nyeri.

Daughter of the late Githaiga Kibira and the late Elizabeth Wagithi. Loving mother of the late Simon Ndaiga, late Philip Gichuki, Jane Wamuyu, Ephraim Muriuki (USA), Barnabas Muchiri (IBERA), John Kahumbu (Citibank), late Joseph Kibira and late Elizabeth Wagithi.

Sister to Loise Kibira, Gladys Wanja, Late Joseph Kibira, Late John Kahumbu, Francis Maina, Late Ephraim Kihvvaga, Majory Nyakiago, Helen Wangechi and Late Peter Karugu. Mother in law to Catherine Muriuki, Mary Gichuki, late Elizabeth Ndaiga, Josephine Muchiri, Elizabeth Kahumbu, Gilbert Nding’uri, Bilha Ndaiga, and late Winrose Kibira. A grandmother, great grandmother, cousin, aunty and a friend to many.

Family, friends and relatives are meeting daily at her home for prayers.

There will be a Mass on Wednesday 15th, 3 PM at the family home.

The cortege will leave Kenyatta University Mortuary, Thika Road on Friday 17/9/2021, at 8.00AM. Funeral service and burial will be at the family home in Mbari ya Thagana Village, Kiamabara, Mathira, Nyeri.
