It is with profound sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Alice Mumbi Waitiki, Assistant Director Lakewood Schools.

Loving daughter of Nicodemus Muriithi Ndirangu and Elizabeth Wanjugu. Daughter-in-law to Christopher Kimamo, the late Margaret Mumbi and Elizabeth Wangui. Loving wife of Samuel Waitiki Kimamo (Director Lakewood Schools). Adorable mother to Mariam Gathoni, Christopher Kimamo and Ryan Muriithi. Sister to Jennifer Wanjiru and Peter Ndirangu. Sister-in-law to Mungai, Esther, Bernice, the late Kefa,Wambui and Waitiki. Alice was a cousin, aunt, friend, colleague and a mentor to many.

Friends and relatives are meeting at her Komarock residence for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves K.U. Funeral Home (By-pass) on Saturday 6th November 2021 at 6.00 am. Burial and funeral service shall take place at the Waitiki family farm in Oraimutia, Ol Joro-orok West, Nyandarua County at 11 am.
