ALLAN SORTUM

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the untimely passing of our beloved Allan Sortum (formerly of KPLC) on Saturday, 7 th September, 2024, following a brief illness.

Beloved husband of Mrs. Debra Sortum, and doting father of Shelmith and Narasha. Son of Mr. Gilbert Sortum and the late Mrs. Williter Sortum (Njoro).

Brother of the late George, Penina and Irine. Nephew, Cousin, and Uncle to many. 

Son-in-law of Mr. and Mrs. John Langat (Ngererit, Litein), and brother-in-law of Tobias Korir, Gladwell Chepngeno, Mercy Chepkirui, Felix Korir, June Cherotich and Arnold Wanjau.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his home (Sosiot, Njoro) starting from 4:00 pm. 

The cortege departs Umash Funeral Home (Nakuru) on Tuesday, 17th September 2024, at 2:00 pm for a requiem mass at his home in Sosiot, Njoro.

The funeral service will be held at his home on Wednesday, 18th September 2024, from 10:00 am.
