We regret to announce the death of Anastasia Hadassah Gitari Mwaniki on 11 th September 2024. Wife of the late Naftali Mwaniki Gakiavi.
Daughter of the late Daniel Ndegwa and late Tabitha Ngara Ndegwa.
Sister of the late Prispa Gitari Phineas, Abigail Kinyua, the late Abel Njeru and Pauline Weveti Kivuti.
Loving mother of the late Patrick Mbogo & Riemi Mbogo, Sebby Ndwiga, Anisia Kaari, the late Julia Marigu, Jayne & Mike Njeru, Ben & Susan Kariuki, Judy Kina, Venansio & Esther Kiarago, Lucy Wanjira, Flora Mbeere, Jane & Jimmy Gathuma, Leonard & Rosemary Njeru, Paul Mbogo, Martin & Liz Gichovi and Joseph-Antony & Winfred Njagi. Loving grandmother and great- grandmother to many.
Family and friends are meeting daily at her home in Gituri village, Kianjuki, Embu and in Nairobi at St. Paul Catholic Chapel, Uhuru Highway, St. Augustine Hall starting at 5.30 p.m. up to Wednesday 18 th September 2024.
The cortege leaves Gakwegori Funeral Home Embu on Friday 20 th September 2024 at 8.45 a.m. for Funeral Mass at St. Mary Goretti Catholic Church Kianjuki at 9.30 a.m.
and thereafter she will be laid to rest at her home in Gituri Village, Kianjuki in Gaturi North- Embu County.
Eternal Rest Grant Unto Her O Lord, and Let Perpetual Light Shine Upon Her, May She Rest in Peace. Amen
