It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that the family and The National Treasury & Planning, announce the demise of Anita Achieng Pinya, which occurred on 3rd October, 2021, at Mediheal Hospital, after a long battle Kidney Failure. At the time of her death the deceased was serving as a Human Resource Management Officer at the Pensions Department in Nairobi.

Daughter to Hon. Andrew Nakitari and Susan Pinya. Loving wife to Daniel Ochieng. Loving mother to David Peniel Ochieng. Sister to Doreen Baran, Kenneth and Georgina Nakitari. Cousin to Stephanie, Teresia, David, joram, Bryan, Stephen and others. Daughter-in-law to Jackoniah Otieno and the tate Jane Otieno. Sister-in-law to Joel, Bella, Phoebe, Dinnah, Eunice, Angela and the late Susan. Aunty to Milan, Nathania, Lemuel, Breanna, Nis and many more. A great friend to many.

The cortege leaves Urnash Funeral Home Nairobi on Friday, 15th October, 2021, for Burial in Bondo in Siaya County, Sinapanga Village, on 16th Saturday, 2021.
