It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Anne Cheptaiget Kiprotich of Uswo Farm (Maji Mingi), Karuna-Meibeki ward, Uasin Gishu County that occurred at Kijabe Mission Hospital on Sunday 2nd January 2022.

Loving wife to Eng. John Kiprotich Kigen of Kenya Airways. Daughter to the late Kwambai Cheptaiget and Sokomo Kwambai. Step daughter to Tapsimei Kwambai. Dear Mom to Evans Kiprop (Turbo Girls), Maureen Jepchirchir (KALRO), Getrude Jemutai (E. Asitiba & Associates Advocates), Eng. Felix Kipchumba (Wilson Airport), Webster Kiptanui (Uswo), Eng. Kelvin Kirui (Runji Consulting Group), Eng. Dennis Kipruto (Runji Consulting Group) & Joylene Jerop (Eldoret Polytechnic).

Sister to Teresia Kwambai, Pauline Kwambai, the late John Kwambai, Francis Cheptaiget, Kimutai Cheptaiget, Alice Cheptaiget & Kipkorir Cheptaiget. Step sister to late Nicholas, Paul, Joseph, Kiplombe, Christine, Emmy, Kipchoge & Kibiwott. Sister in-law to Joseph,Tabarno, Elizabeth, Francis, the late Wilson, Maria, Johanna, the late Hellen Kigen, Jane& Stanley. Step sister in-law to the late Arap Chesire, the late David, Jackson & Bernaba.

Daughter in-law to the late Richard Chesire Chesoo and Mary Kobilo Kigen and Step daughter in-law to Kapchebar Kigen. Grandmother to Kemboi, Chumba, Sharlene and Cherish & many others. Loving Aunty to the Cheptaigets. Mother in-law to Fridah Kigen and Sammy Cheruiyot (Samnet Africa).

The cortege will leave Kijabe Funeral home (Limuru) on Mon 10th January 2022, followed by the funeral at their home in Uswo Farm (Maji Mingi) on Tue 11th January 2022.
