ANNE K. NENDELA – AMBUNYA

It is with great sadness that we announce the demise of Anne Khaoya Nendela – Ambunya of Kenyatta National Hospital.

Beloved wife to George Ambunya of Absa Kenya, Nairobi.

Daughter to the late Charles F. Nendela and Mama Margaret Nyakowa Nendela. Daughter-in-law to the late Elly Ouna Makanga and the late Mama Milka Ouna.

Sister to Monica, Stephen, Patrick, John Waluse and Charles. Sister-in-law to Martha, Peter, Rosemary, John, Florence, Francis, the late Phanice and Richard.

Niece to the late Edward Mayebo, the late Sarah Khevali and Agnes lnyuma amongst others.

Aunt to Brenda, Stephanie, Judah, Shawn, Shantel and Elly Makanga, amongst other Ouna’s grandchildren. Anne leaves behind family and friends whom she sincerely treasured.

Family and friends are meeting at their house in Donholm Phase 5, Pendo Court.

There will be a fundraiser on Tuesday, 31st January, 2023 at All Saints Cathedral, Nairobi starting at 5pm.

A requiem mass will be held on Thursday, 2nd January, 2023 at 11.00am at St. Stephen’s Cathedral, Jogoo Road – Nairobi.

The body departs Umash Funeral Home on Friday, 3rd February, 2023 to her final resting place in Khushiasa village, Shiraha sub location, Marama North Location, Butere Sub-county, Kakamega County on Saturday, 4th February, 2023.
