We regret to announce the demise of Anne Sylvia Wambui Gitachu.

Daughter of the late Stephen Gitachu and Joan Wanjiru Gitachu. Sister to Leonard Mbugua.

Granddaughter to the late John Mbugua Gitachu and Serah Wambui Mbugua of Gatanga, the late Mr & Mrs Josphat Kimwere of Gaturi, Murangla.

Niece to Margaret and Duncan, Regina, Lucas and Stella, the late Lucy, Peter and Mary, Paul and Ruth, Joseph and Ann, Catherine and Lid, George and Catherine, Emily Gathungu, Mr & Mrs Joseph and Josphine Magari, the late George and Mrs. Kamau, Mn & Mrs. Mwangi, Mr. and Mrs Waithaka, and Mr. & Mrs. Maina Kamwere. She was cousin and aunt to many.

Meetings are being held at her parent’s home in Mabanda Village, Gatanga Constituency, Murang’a County from 3.00pm daily for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege will leave K.U. Referral Hospital, along Eastern Bypass at 9.00am for the burial service at her parent’s homestead in Mabanda, Gatanga Constituency, Murang’a County on Thursday the 07th December, 2023 from 10.00am.

The Lord Giveth Anne Sylvia to us and it’s the Lord who taketh away. May His name be praised. (Job 1:21)
