ANNE WANJA WANDIE

In humble acceptance of God’s will, we announce the passing on to Glory of Anne Wanja Wandie.

Daughter of the late Daniel Muchugi and the late Jane Njeri. Loving wife of Joseph King’ara Wandie. Co-wife of the late Elizabeth Wandie. Loving mother of Grace Wanyi, Catherine Gathoni (South Africa), Bernard Wandie (USA), Fidelis Njeri, Daniel Njoroge and Patrick Karuga. Step-mother of Solomon Wandie and Francis Njihia. Mother-in-law of Wanjiru, Rahab and Mercy.

Grandmother of Marion Wambui Kimani, Destiny Wanja, Henry Kingara, Teresa Thami, Kings Karuga, Anderlyne Wanja, Kiah Wanja, Elizabeth Nunga, Joseph King’ara, Lamech Kiraiyu and Anthony Muregi. Sister of Teresia Wangui Munene, Agnes Wairimu Matheri (USA), Mungai Muchugi, Patrick Kariuki (USA) and the late John Mbugua, the late James Ndungu, the late Philip Kang’ethe and her twin sister the late Patricia Nduta. Daughter-in-law of the late Chief Wandie and the late Pauline Gathoni. Sister-in-law to the late Samuel Karuga, Peter Kabata and the late John Njoroge.

The cortege leaves Lee Funeral Home on Wednesday 09/12/2020 at 0930hrs.There will be viewing of the body from 0830hrs at Lee funeral Home. Burial service will be held at St. Peters and Paul Catholic Church Kiambu Town from 1100hrs. Thereafter, burial will be at her home Riabai Location Ruthiru-ini Village.

Prayers and meetings are being held daily at her home from 6:30pm.

Anne, in God’s hands you rest, in our hearts you live forever till we meet again. Rest in peace.
