ANTHONY KINYUA GIKONYO

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing on of Anthony Kinyua Gikonyo on 10th August 2020 after a long illness bravely borne.

He was the son of John Gikonyo Gitahi and Grace Wambui Gikonyo. Husband to Emmah Wambui (Mama Tanya). Father to Tanya Wambui and John Justin Gikonyo. He was the brother to Susan Gikonyo, Lawrence Gikonyo, Mbogo Gikonyo and Irene Gikonyo. Brother in-law to Beth Mbugua, Jane Mbogo and Anthony Ribiro. He was an uncle to many. Son-in-law to The late John Njogu and Jeddida Njogu.

There will be a Requiem Mass today, 17th August 2020 at St Pauls University Chapel at 2:00pm.

There will be a funeral service on Wednesday, 19th August 2020 from 10:00am at St Theresia Catholic Church Murengeti and thereafter burial will follow at his parent’s home in Roromo village, Limuru.

Anthony you have fought the good fight, finished the race and kept the faith. Rest in heavenly peace until we meet again.
