ANTHONY MUTAI

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Mr. Anthony Mutai of Kenya Ports Authority (ICD, Nairobi), which occurred on 18 th June 2024 after a short illness.
Anthony was the cherished son of the late George Arap Ngeno and the late Mama Angelina Ngeno.
Devoted husband of Maureen Mutai (Nairobi South Primary) and a beloved father of Martin Olkeben (BI Consultant), Julie Cherop (State Dept. of Youth and Creative Economy), Kyra Chepchumba (Nakuru Girls), and Jean Cheptoo (Stepping Stone School).
Treasured brother of Elena Kitur (Olenguruone), Martha Rotich (Eldoret), Selina Korir (Gelegele), Rose Maritim (Nakuru), Benard Mutai (Kaplomboi), and Loise Ngeno (Egerton).
He was son-in-law of Jennifer Bundotich and the late John Chemweno and a brother-in-law of Isabella, Peter, B. Kiprop, B.Kiptoo, RoseAnne, David, Caroline,Sammy and Irene. He was an uncle, relative and friend to many.
Family and friends are meeting daily for prayers and funeral arrangements at his home Enkasiti, Kitengela.
There will be a funds drive on Monday 24 th June 2024 from 5.00pm to be held at All Saints’ Cathedral Nairobi.
The funeral service and burial will be held on Wednesday 26 th June 2024, at his home in Enkasiti Village, Olooloitikosh Location, Kitengela, Kajiado County.
Anthony will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.
