ANTONY GITARI GATIMU

It is with deep sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the untimely death of Antony Gitari Gatimu Fleet Manager of the County Government of Kirinyaga which occurred on Friday 13th November, 2020 at Kerugoya Level 4 Hospital.

He was fisrt born son ofVincent Gatimu and Agnes Tabitha Gatimu. Son-in-law of the late Fredrick King’eri and Winfred Wangui. Loving Husband of Emmah Wandia Gitari (Fortune Sacco), Father of Brian Gatimu (KIST Kiambu), Robert Kang’eri (Kerugoya Boys) and Kenneth Chomba (All Saints Kianyaga). Brother of Rose Wanjiru, Late Jane Wambui, Stanley Gichobi, Susan Wairimu, Mary Njeri, Julius Gichobi, Pauline Wanjiku, Charity Wanjiku, Cousin of Nickson Gichoya (Kirinyaga County Health Department). Brother-in-law of Evanson, Late Ben, Agnes, David, Sammy, Estherlily and Justus.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his residence in Kianyaga Kibugu and Kerugoya for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Kibugi Funeral home on Friday 20th November, 2020 at 9:00 am for Burial service at Kianyaga Catholic Church and thereafter burial at his residence in Kianyaga Kibugu.
