ASSISTANT COMMISSIONER GENERAL OF PRISONS PAULINE WANJA NGARA, OGW

The Commissioner General and the entire Kenya Prisons Service fraternity mourn the death of Assistant Commissioner General of Prisons Pauline Wanja Ngara, the Director Gender, NGO’s and Sports Prisons Headquarters which occurred on 3rd April, 2021, at the Aga Khan University Hospital, Nairobi.

Loving wife of Henry Mburu Kariuki. Mother of Samson Kariuki Mburu and Wayne Ngara Mburu. Mother-in-law of Tinnah Mwinza Maundu. Daughter of the late Samson Ngara Waite and the late Anna Wairimu Waite. Daughter-in-law of the late Kariuki Gathatwa and the late Rebecca Gathoni Kariuki.

Sister of the late FrancisWaite Ngara, the late John Mutura Ngara,SaratiWaithera Ngara, Margaret Njeri Ngara, Irene Wairimu Ngara, the late Lydia Wairimu Ngara and the late Stephene Mbugua Ngara. Sister-in-law of Wambui Kinene, Wanjiku Mukundi, the late Stanley Kamau, Mary Kamau, Joseph Kabeni, Mungai Kariuki, Christine Nyambura Kariuki, Augustus Marubu and Lydia Marubu. Grandmother of Bella Wanja Kariuki. She was a Cousin, Aunt and Grandmother to many.

Burial arrangements are ongoing.
