BEATRICE WAIRIMU THUMBI (MAMA DIANA)

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden death of Beatrice Wairimu Thumbi (Mama Diana) on 30th October, 2020 at Mater Hospital.

Daughter of Anne Wambui (Theru) Thumbi. Daughter-in-law of the late Justus Karuria Kanyi & Gladys Wangui Karuria. Beloved wife of Erastus Kariuki Karuria (Vasterguard Limited). Beloved mother of Diana Wangui Kariuki, (Strathmore University) Ashley Wambui Kariuki (Nyahururu Elite) and Vanessa Wagethi Kariuki (Lily Academy). Sister-in-law of the late Michael Ndegwa, J.B Muriithi, the late Scolastica Wambui, Agatha Muthoni Wanene, Mary Nijoki Gichuki, Stephen Maina and Patrick Kimotho. Niece of Johnson Mwangi Thumbi, Francis Maina Thumbi and Esther Mugure, among others.Cousin of Joram Kaingwa, Jane Wairimu, Mutahi Miricho, Charles Macharia, among many others.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at CITAM Clay City Church, Youth Tent from 5.00pm and at their Kaheti home, Mukurwe-ini Sub-county,Nyeri County.

Memorial Service will be held on Thursday 5th November, 2020 at CITAM Clay City Church Kasarani, from 10.00am.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Teaching and Referral Hospital Funeral Home (Bypass) on Friday 6th Nov 2020 at 7.00am for burial at Kaheti village, Muhito location, Mukurwe-ini Sub-county, Nyeri County starting at 10.00am.
