BENSON CRISPUS MBOGOH

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we sadly announce the passing of Benson Crispus Mbogoh on Friday 13th August 2021 at Mombasa Hospital after a short illness bravely and gallantly borne.

Cherished son of the late Mzee Mwadungule and the late Mwaka Katumbo. Adopted son of the late Karisa Makoko. Devoted husband of Catherine Kageha Mbogoh. Beloved father to Patricia Mwaka Mbogoh-Simwa (Pwani University), Sharon Chizi Mbogoh (Refushe Kenya) and Annette Mudola Mbogoh (Kituo cha Sheria and University of Nairobi).

Treasured brother of the late Kanze lha, Fraser Utanje and Rajab Katumbo. Adored father-in-law to Oliver Simwa Mukunza (AgNexus Africa). Doting grandfather to Sean Mbogoh, Christian Simwa, Neema Simwa, Lucianne Nanu and Teresa Onsare.

Loving son-in-law of the late Jethro Liko and the late Rispah Mudola. Brother-in-law of Beatrice Osome, Mabel Nandwa, Mary Silingi, Serah Minahila, the late Zelifa Mideva, the late Margaret Musimbi, Flora Uside, the late George Adego, the late Evalyn Ndalu, the late Joyce, the late Karen, Absolom Andvate, Charles Musalia,Willis Kadenyi, Kashi Katumbo and Jacinta Utanje. He has many nieces, nephews and cousins.

The cortege will leave Mombasa Hospital morgue on the Tuesday 24th August, 2021 at 8.30am for a funeral service at ACK St Mary’s Church – Utange Parish at 10.00 am and thereafter for burial at his Utange home in Mombasa County. COVID- 19 protocols will be strictly followed.
