It is with deep sorrow and the humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden promotion to glory of Beth Wanjeri Njiiri of Kinyona village, Muranga County, which occurred on 20th August, 2021, at Muranga Hospital.

Beloved wife of Eliud Njiiri Karanja, and a dedicated member of ACC&S Kinyona Church Women’s Action. Daughter of the late John Njuguna (Ndurubu) and the late Hannah Njoki Njuguna. Daughter-in-law of the late Peter Karanja Njiiri (Karwimbo) and the late Nancy Wambui Karanja.

Loving Mother of Paul Karanja & Doris Karanja, John Njuguna & Josephine Wambui, Samuel Njau & Kellen Wambui, Nancy Wambui, David Nduati & Elizabeth Njoki,Timothy Kiana & Hannah Njeri. A caring grandmother and great-grandmother of many.

Sister of the late Leah Wairimu & the late Peter Njiiri, Leah Wangui and the late Joseph Thiongo, the late Helina Wanjiru & the late Julius Maina, Hannah Nduta & the late Simon Maina, and Esther Muthoni & the late Julius Mwangi. Sister-in-law of the late Elder Samuel Karanja & Elizabeth Karanja, Jamleck Kiana & Lydia Wambui Kiana, Raphael Kibuchi & Rose Wanjiku Kibuchi, Eliud Marite and jacinta Wanja Marite, the late Ruth Wanjiru, the late Samuel Njiiri, Julius Kihiko & Lucy Wairimu, and the late Nathan Mwangi & Mary Wanjiku.

Family and friends are meeting daily at her home in Kinyona. Nairobi meetings will be held at St. Andrew’s Church on Tuesday 24th August, 2021 and Wednesday 25th August 2021, starting at 5.00pm.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Monalisa Funeral Home -Thika Road, Kabati Branch at 8.00am, on Friday the 27th August, 2021 for a funeral service at her home, Kinyona Village Karandi, Kigumo Sub-county, Muranga County in accordance with MoH Covid-19 Guidelines/protocols. The service will be streamed live.
