It is with great sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden demise of Mrs. Bornes Chepkosge Maina of Motigere Village in Sugumerga Location, Sigor ward in Bomet County.

Daughter of the late Saitira Arap Chumo and late Obot Recho Chumo. Sister of the late Tabutany Chumo, the late Kirwogin Arap Ngerechi, the late Fredick Ngerechi and Rosemary Kipteng. Loving wife of Mr. John Arap Maina. Doting mother of Mrs. Lilly Ngetich of Olokyin, the late David Rono, the late Zack Rono, Mrs. Winnie Chelule (Kericho Day Sec. Sch), Isaiah Rono (D.O.D Nairobi), Mike Rono of Sugumerga, the late Peter Rono, Edwin Rono (UoN) and Hellen Chelule (UNHCR). Mother-in-law of Isaac Ngetich, Vivian Rono, Catherine Rono, the late Francis Chelule, Charity Isaiah Rono, Joyce Mike Rono, Joyce Peter Rono, Charity Edwin Rono, Gideon Chelule. She leaves behind 28 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

The cortege leaves Tenwek Hospital, on Tuesday November 24th, 2020 at 10.00am and thereafter the burial will take place on Wednesday November 25, 2020 at Sugumerga location, Sigor Ward in Bomet County from 10.00am.
