It is with deep sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Mama Bornice Chepngeno Chebelyon of Koiwa Location, Konoin Sub-County in Bomet County; on the 6th of May 2020, at Agha Khan Hospital Nairobi.

Daughter of the late Suleiman Chemurwok and the late Rebecca Chemurwok. Wife of Hon. Nathaniel Chebelyon. Mother of the late Agnes, Alice, Paul, Isaac, the late Roseline, Nancy, Alfred, Edna, Susan, Geoffrey (NHIF Bomet), Robert, Joyce and Leonard. Mother-in-law of Joseph, Rebecca, Lorna, Caro, the late Robert, Joseph, Emily, Rop, late David, Lucy, Emmy, Charles and Lily. Sister of the late Mary, the late Joseph, the late Jonah, Anna, late Elijah, Timoteo, Julius, the late Lucio and Stephen. Sister-in-law of the late William, Ludia, Elijah, Elizabeth, the late Reuben, Zakayo, Seily and the late Joel. Grandmother and great grandmother of many.

The cortege leaves Lazarus Funeral Home, Siloam, on Monday 11th May 2020. She will be laid to rest on Tuesday 12th at home, Koiwa.
