It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of our beloved Josphat Wachira Kaguongo (Kenya Power Nyeri) which occurred on 13/07/2020 at Outspan Hospital, Nyeri.

Son to Zipporah Wambui Taiti. Beloved husband of Gladys Wambui. Father of Samuel Kaguongo, Joseph Kiminda, Grace Wambui, Paul Ndung’u, Sarah Wangui, Peter Mwangi, Faith Wairimu, Joy Gathoni, Moses Thiong’o. Brother of James Ndung’u, the late Stephen Taiti, The late Gerald Maingi and Timothy Nderitu. Son-in-law of the late Evanson Kiminda Gichohi and Beatrice Wangui Kiminda; Charles Thiong’o and Joyce Wairimu. Brother-in-law of John Mwangi, Gerald Njaramba, the late Patrick Gatheru, Tirus King’ori, Godfrey Kihwaga and lsaack Githiiri. Grandfather of Abigael Nyambura, Billy Kimani, Blesssed Wachira, Solomon Muiru, Becky Nyambura, Matthew Wagura and Mark Kaguongo.

The cortege leaves Nyeri Funeral Home (Outspan) on 18/7/2020 (Saturday) at 8.00 am for funeral service and burial thereafter at his farm in Ngarariga Village, Kagere Nyeri County.
