It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden promotion to glory of Caroline Sylvia Dulo Ouko on Sunday, 3 December 2023 in Nairobi.

Doting mother to Sonia Ojay and the late Shawn Brian Ojay.

Beloved daughter of the late FCPA John Ouko Reru and Patricia Akeyo Ouko of Korando, Kisumu County.

Cherished sister to Phyllis Ouko, the late Dr. Atieno Onyonyi, the late Nasser Ouko, Commissioner Josephine Ouko, Steven Ouko and Austin Ouko.

Sister-in-law to Leonard Mbotela Onyonyi, James Onyango, Millicent Ouko, Miriam Reru and Reba Chabeda,

Step-sister to Tom Ouko, Gunilla Ouko, Vincent Ouko, Awuor Ouko amongst others.

Niece to the late Mrs. Dorina Ongola, the late Mr. Peter Ongaro Dulo, the late Dr. Agembo Dulo, Mrs. Esther Okamo, Mrs. Peris Oyamo, Mrs. Molly Nyadimo and Amb. Phillip Richard Owade.

Aunty to the late Eric, Susan, Samuel, Andrew, Chloe, Phyllis, Jahawi, Zuri, Imani and Malaika.

She was a treasured cousin, friend and mentor to many.

There will be a fundraiser on Monday, 11th December 2023 at CITAM Church Valley Road at 5.00 pm.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, 13th December 2023 at CITAM Woodley from 1.00 pm.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Funeral Home on Thursday, 14th December 2023. Burial service will be held on Friday, 15th December 2023 at Riat Hills Akingli Area, Opp. Kisumu International Airport, Kisumu County from 10.00 am.
