Death and Funeral Announcement of Mama Caren Auma Okello

It’s with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the untimely demise of Mama Caren Auma Okello of Asembo Kolal Siaya County which occurred on 4th March, 2020.

Daughter of the late Zakayo Owuor Goongo and Susana Odiwo Owuor. Wife of the late Pr. Joseph Okello Ombonya. Mother of Eunice Onyango, the late Hellen Okello, Samuel Okello, Daniel Okello, the late Ruth Irene Aoko, Moses Okello, the late Susan and Elizabeth Okello. Sister of (the late Pelesia, Agnes, Abigael) and Paul Oyoyo. Mother-in-law of Mathew Onyango, Hellen Wahonya, Edith Mitalo, Samuel Okello, Irene Akinyi and Isaiah Osano. An in law of (the late Pastor Joel Onyango, Wilson Mbola, Pr. Wahonya) George Obonyo and Nicholas Omondi. She is survived by 18 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

The cortege leaves Avenue Hospital on Thursday 19th March, 2020 at 1.00pm for her home in Asembo for burial on Friday 20th March 2020 in Asembo Kolal-Wang’arot Siaya County.
