CATHERINE KABURO MUNGANIA MWITI
It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on to glory of Catherine Kaburo Mungania Mwiti, formerly of Homegrown Kenya Limited Timau, which occurred in Nairobi Hospital on 26th Oct 2020 after a 2 year battle with brain tumor.
Beloved wife of Paul Mwiti Mathiu (Sangara) formerly of KNTC & Ministry of Trade & Industry. Daughter of the late Jason Mungania & Janet Mungania. Beloved mother of Martin Munene Mwiti (Ongata Rongai) and Harriet Makena Mwiti (Imam Daima). Sister of Julius Kinyua, Joyce Murithi, Albert Mwebia, Hellen Kithinji, Jeniffer Kirimi and John Kithinji (JOMA). Sister-in-law of John E Rintari, Laban Mbobua, Nancy Nkirote Muthamia, Beth Karimi Muthaura, the late Kinanu Mathiu, Eva Bundi, Kanini Kinyua, Kirigo Mathiu, Musa Mathiu and Joseph Mathiu. An aunt and grandmother of many including Ethan K Munene.
The cortege leaves Lee Funeral Home on Wednesday 18th November, 2020 at 5:00am followed by funeral service in Ruibi Village, Kibirichia Location, Buuri Sub-county, Meru County at 10:00am. And thereafter an interment at the family farm in Ruibi.
