Catherine Mutune Musambi

We regret to inform you the demise of Mrs. Catherine Mutune Musambi which occurred on 4th May 2020.

Daughter of the late Benjamin Kimuli Mwanthi and Mutethya Kimuli, wife of the late Paul Ngau Musambi, mother of Ken Katua Musambi (Htr Kangundo Primary), Titus Musambi (Deputy Principal Usiani Sec), the late Michael Musambi, Duncan Musambi (Kyanginywa Pri), Carol Ndendwa and Bonnie Musambi (KBC Nairobi). Mother in law of Elizabeth Katua (Principal Mbitini Mixed), Faith Kimuli (Businesslady Usiani), Carol Ndanu (Kitui County Govt), Sakina Mwendwa (Businesslady Ikutha), Patrick Malombe (Machakos) and Betty Musambi (Media Consultant).

Sister of Mutie, C.K Kimuli, Muinde, Rev Dorothy Mutisya, Stephen Mwendwa and late sisters Mwende, Mawia na Mutio. Sister-in-law of Mwia Ngunu, Gedion Musambi and Syong’ombe Mukuta. Grandmother of Evelyne, Wycliffe, Seif, Austin,Victor, Victoria, Sharon, Shawn, Christian, Josphine, Joseph, Husna, Gibril, Husein, Faith, Dennis, Lovelyn, Takisha and others. She was great grandmother of Kaya Wendo.

Her in-laws include Mr & Mrs Wambua Mwanzulu, Mr & Mrs Sammy Kitheka, Mr & Mrs Kasyula Ishmael, Mrs. Husein, Mrs. Patricia Mutua and Mr & Mrs Malombe.

Relatives and friends meet in her compound every evening for funeral arrangements, in compliance with the social distancing regulations.

The body will be retrieved from Tributes Funeral Home in Syongila, Kitui on 12th May 2020 at 7am for burial at 11am, in Kilukuya village, Mulango, Kitui County.
