It is with profound sadness that we announce the death of Catherine Nanga Kasale of Munzeywe village Makaka Sub-Location, Butsotso Central Location, Kakamega Central Sub – County, Kakamega county, which occurred on 16th August 2024.

She was the beloved daughter of the late Brigadier Nehemiah Asienwa Likuyi and Brigadier Sophia Asenwa of salvation army church.

Daughter – in-law of the late Samson Muteshi and Esther Kavochi.

Wife of Zachariah Kasale Muteshi. Sister to the late Claudia, the late Richard, Teresa, Joan, Beatrice and Osbourne. 

She was a dedicated mother of Eddy, Lesley, Brian, Hazel, the late Beverly, Perry and Wendy. 

Loving mother-in-law of Nelly, Christine, Fredrick, Nechesa and Kennedy.

Loving grandmother of Timothy, Rachel, Alvin, Tevin, Nimrod, Kimberly, Talia, Emory, Kerry, Peyton, Renny, Nate, Sophy, Hayleen, Ruth, Austine, Blessings, Andre, Gracia, Nicole and Eliana. 

Sister-in-law of Luyegu, the late Risper, Achimbu, Zipporrah, the late Ruth, Shem, Paul, the late Feligona, the late Mwanika among others.

Aunty of Dr George Museve, Bernard Mangala, Embezi, Jemima, Cecil, Lieutenant Sophy of the salvation army church, Alice, the late Geofrey and many others.

The cortage leaves kakamega County Funeral palour on August 26th 2024 for her home in Munzeywe Village, Makaka Sub-Location, Butsotso Central Location, Kakamega Central Sub-county, Kakamega County, where her burial will be on 28th August 2024.
