CATHERINE WAMBUI IRUNGU

We regret to announce the passing on of Catherine Wambui Irungu. She was Teaching at St. Mary Primary School Muranga, Municipality Zone.

Daughter of Samuel Kamau (Shamba) and the late Jane Njeri. Wife to Humprey Mwangi (HUM). Mother of Sophia Wanjiru, Jane Njeri and Lilian Muthoni. Sister to the late Mary Nyambura, Philip Gachago, John Kimani, Margaret Wairimu, Ceciliah Wanjiku, Boniface Macharia, Francis Ngubia and the late Virginia Waitherero.

Sister-in-law to Dz Macharia, Alice, Waiyego, Wanjiku, Kimani and Nyambura. Co-sister to Catherine Nyambura. Grandmother to Travis Wanderi, Ethanjohn Kimani, Humphrey Wanderi, Maria Wanjiku.

Burial preparation venues: Muranga Mukawa Hotel, in her home Kiharu next to Muranga University & Kanorero village Kangema.

The cortege leaves Muranga County Mortuary Saturday 30/10/2021, at 8.00am. Burial service at ACK Emmanuel Kiganjo, Kanorero Parish. Burial scheduled the same day at Kanorero, Kangema Sub-county, Murang’a County.
