CATHERINE WANJIRU NYAGUTHII

It is with deep sorrow and sadness that we announce the passing of Catherine Wanjiru Nyaguthii an Underwriting Associate at our Embu Branch which occurred on 3rd September 2020 at Outspan Hospital – Nyeri following a short illness.

She was the wife of Martin Muriuki Munuhe and loving mother to Harriet Wangari, Juliet Nyaguthii and Blessing Nyokabi. Catherine was the daughter to Martha Nyaguthii. Daughter-in-law to Esther VVaceke and Benard Munuhe. She was the sister to Patrick Kirombe, Rebecca Wanjiku, Emma Wangui, Jackson Githaiga, Amos Ndung’u and Ibrahim Gikonyo. Sister-in-law to Agnes Ngima, Lucy Nyaguthii, Jane Wairimu, Geoffrey Muriithi, the late Michael Karimi, George Githinji, Lawrence Maina and Lydiah Wambui.

The cortege will leave Nyeri Funeral Home (Outspan Hospital) on Thursday 10th September 2020 at 9.00 a.m. for the funeral service at 11.00 a.m. at their home in Gitunduti Village, Karatina (near Karatina University) in Mathira East Division. Burial will take place soon after.
