CHARITY WAIRIMU MBURU

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on to Glory of Charity Wairimu Mburu, on 1st August 2024.

Charity was the daughter of the late Geoffrey Ndirangu and the late Rachael Wangui Ndirangu.

Sister of the late Tabitha Nyambura Kanyugi and step-sister of Patrick Mburu and Nicholas Kamande.

Mother of Rose Ndung’u (Christoff Adventures), the late John Kinuthia, Geoffrey Mburu (Principal, Gituru Boys Secondary School), Mara Mercy Musumba (Merrow Christian School), Rachael Maina (The Green Garden School), Esther Wamaitha (Agility Logistics Ltd), Tabitha Nyambura of Kahawa West, Emmah Wangari (Destiny Gates), Francis Mburu (ICEA, LION) and Grace Ngina of Shamata.

Mother-in-law of the late Christopher James (CJ) Ndung’u, Mary Matu, Grace Muiruri, Rowland Musumba, Francis Maina, Michael Gatura, Moses Wainaina, Samuel Karoki, Clara Wanjiru and Stephen Kuria. She was a grandmother of many and a great-grandmother of one.

The cortege will leave Montezuma Monalisa Funeral Home, Kabati Murang’a, on Friday the 9th of August 2024 at 0800hrs for a requiem Mass at Maria Consolata Catholic Church, Gituamba, starting at 1100hrs.

Burial will take place at her home in Gituamba Village, Gatanga, Murang’a County.
