We are grieved to announce the death of the late retired Chief Charles Mutuku Kalusi, that occurred on Thursday, 12thAuglist, 2021.

Son of the late Mr. Kalusi Mwatu and the late Magdaline Mukei Mwatu. Husband of the late Hannah Syowai Mtituku. Father of Henry Kilokya, Stephen Musau, Mary Nthenya, John Mwaka, Elizabeth Ngami, Susan Ndindi, Gregory Wambua and the late Francis Musomba. Brother of Thomas Mutua, the late Basil Kailiti, the late Ngula and the late Francisca Syowai.

An in-law to Mr. & Mrs. Katiku Muvinzu. Father-in-law to Rophence Mbinya, Lucy Wairimu, Silas Augustine Ntiyamila and Liban Aloo. Grandfather of Precious, Praise, Carlos, Hannah, Pretor, Victoria, Dorothy, Dorcas, Daniel, Mbithe and Veronicah.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his home in Nzambani Location, Mtito-andei Sub-county, starting from 6.00pm, for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege will leave Bishop Okoye Funeral Home – Thika on Tuesday, 24th August, 2021, at 5.00am, followed by a funeral service and interment at his home in Nzambani Location, Mtito-ndei Sub-county, Makueni County, starting at 10.00am.
