It is with the humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Colin Mulwa Maweu of Capital Markets Authority (CMA), which occurred on the 31st January 2023 at Avenue Hospital, after a long illness bravely borne.
Son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Eliud Maweu Mutiso of Nduluni, Makindu. Brother to Ramadhan, Maimuna, Nasra and the late Mathew Maweu.
Nephew to Mutungi, Boniface, Kyengo, Beatrice, Martha, Kamene, Nduleve, Julius, Mukala, Naomi, Daudi, Thomas, Nathan, Rael, the late David Mulwa, the late Robert Ndolo, the late John Mutiso.
Uncle to Abdi, Kilui, Ndolo, Nzola, Amina,Tunu and Hussein.
Brother-in-law to Ramadhan Itambo and Madina Kipchumba.
Cousin to George, Derrick, Tom, Mutunga, Faith, Kyalo, Maitha, Nthenya, Greg, Nyamasyo, Makenzie, Muasya, Muoki, Muthama, Warda, Peter, Margaret, Elijah, Makumi, Musyoka, Muuo, Isaac and many others.
Meetings are being held at his Nairobi West residence as well as at the Cardinal Otunga Annex, 5th Floor, St. Callistus Hall, from 5.30pm to 7.00pm, for funeral arrangements.
There will be a requiem mass at International Christian Centre – Nairobi (ICC), along Mombasa Road on Friday 3rd February, 2023 at 11:00am. All are welcome.
The funeral will be held on 7th February, 2023 at his home in Makindu, Makueni County.
For thine is the kingdom the power and the glory, forever and ever. Amen!
