DANIEL MATELONG

It is with great sorrow and humble acceptance of the Lord’s will that we announce the untimely demise of Daniel Matelong Cherus, who until his passing was a dedicated member of staff of Family Bank Limited, Nyamira Branch. He passed away on Friday 21st May. 2021, after a short illness.

Beloved son to the late Kipkios Bett and Esther Cherus. Loving husband to Irine Jepkirui, devoted father to Darby Jepkemboi Matelong and Dylan Kimutai Matelong. Brother to Andrew Cherus, Mary Cherus, David K. Cherus, Richard K. Cherus, Eliud Cherus, Tirop Cherus and Henry Cherus.

Son-in-law to David Sitienei and Monica Sitienei. Brother-in-law to Sylvester Limo, Janet Cheptoo, Marius Kiplagat, Sheila Jerop and Brian Kipchirchir. Cousin to many.

The burial will be held on Friday 28th May, 2021 Ngeny Village, Uasin Gishu County.

May the Lord rest his soul in eternal peace. Till we meet again.
