It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing on of Mzee Daniel Waema on 22/5/2020. Formerly of Walter Reed Project, Nairobi.

Son of the late Alois Waema and the late Helena Mwelu. Loving husband of Phyllis Katuku Nduva. Father of Damianos Kimeu, Dominic Mwendwa, Pauline Nthenya, Judith Nduku, Anthony Muema, Agatha Mbatha and Lucy Nilani. Father-in-law of Emma Nthenya, Alice Kithei, Salome Ndunge, the late Charles Barasa, Dr. Winnie Wanjiku and Francis Marigi. Brother of the late Anna Ndunge and Ambrose Musyoka. Grandfather of Musyoka, Ndanu, Daniel, Gabriel, Maria, Jacinta, Helen, Noela, Adelina, Pendo, Mark, Austin, Nina, Ambrose and Regina. Great grandfather of Ruby Nduku.

Holy mass and funeral will be held on Thursday 28/5/2020 at his home in Mwaani village, Wote ward, Makueni county, at 10:00 a.m.

Eternal Rest grant upon him oh Lord and let perpetual light shine upon him, Amen.
