DAVID KIMENYE MUTIE
It’ is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of David Kimenye Mutie of Kambu, kwa-Kinyuti (Manyanzaani Village) on Wednesday 24th February 2021 after a long illness. Born in 1936 at kalama in Kyongoni village, kiatineni.
Was son to the late Mutie Muuo and the late Tabitha Mukulu. He was beloved husband to Rodah Ndulu. Father to Paul Ngei, Mary Mutile, Anna Mukonyo, Peter Muted, Ruth Mutuku, Rose Mwikali, Josephine Kathini, Jackson Mwanzia, Joseph Mutuku and Winfred Syombua. Had 52 grand children and 33 great grandchildren. He was brother to the late Masyula, Mbaika, Late Munywoki, late Nyamai, Ndambuki, Maweu, Mulekye and Kavindu.
Was son inlaw to late Mutiso and late Mbulwa. He was brother- in-law to Ndole, Wayua, Kanini, Philip, late Muthoki, Late hlbelelu and Late Judah. Cousin to many. He had five daughters-in-law, Patricia Paul, Ritah Muted, Cecilia Mwanzia, Sarah Mutuku and Jackline Paul. His in-laws are Maweu, Edward Mutuku, Muli, Late Marco Ngunu and Mutinda Maweu, Other Inlaws (Syitae) ; Late David Nguku and Mumbua, Mutinda Makilya and late Mumbua, Nzioka and Mwikali, Mbuva and Agnes Syokau, late Kasuva and Kamene.
Burial arrangements are taking place daily at his David Kimenye home, Manyanzaani home, Kambu.
The Cortege leaves Kiundwani uneral Home, Kibwezi on Saturday 6th March 2021 at 9.00am for funeral service and burial at his Kambu home. Kimenye passed on at the age of 86 years.
