DAVID MURAGURI NJERI

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will we announce the passing on of David Muraguri Njeri on 5th August 2020 following a short illness. Until his demise, he was the Deputy Principal Thaara Secondary School, Makuyu Sub County, Murang’a County.

Son of Damaris Njeri Nyamu. Husband to Eunice Njeri of Maganjo Secondary School, Makuyu Sub County. Father of Linet Mumbi, Habel Nyamu and Angeline Wangui. Doting grandson of Alice Karimu of Wad village, Mathira. Son-in-law of the late Joseph Mukuru and MagdalineWangui of Munyange village, Mahiga, Othaya. Brother of Rose Wairimu, the late Edward Warutere, Charles Kamwaro, Joyce Wangui-Business Lady, Karatina, Jemimah Njeri- Absa Bank Nairobi, Mary Wanja, Timothy Gichuru, William Weru and the late Benjamin Mugweru. Brother-in-law of James Muriuki Ngatia, Samuel Njoroge Kioi, Stephen Wachira Maina, Ann Mukuru, Beatrice, Festus, Johnson, Gerald, Ezekiel, Susan, Margaret, Julius and Andrew. Uncle of Phoebe, Kui, Shiro, Polly, Karen, Josh, Angel and Blessings. Cousin of Jennifer, Mathenge, Mumbi, Nyamu, Wairimu, Wanjira, Simon and Carol.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at his home in SabaSaba town from 4 pm for prayers and burial arrangements.

The cortege leaves Murang’a Hospital mortuary at 8.00 am, on Tuesday 11th August 2020 for a funeral service at Mahiga village, Mweiga, Nyeri County at 10.30 am.
