It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden demise of RTD WO I David Ogolla Ogutu of Kenya Defence forces, which occurred through road accident along Ukwala road, on 30th October, 2021.

Son of the late Hellena Ouko and the late Augusto Ogutu. Loving husband to Rose Auma Ogolla. Father to Beatrice, Philtre, Maxwell, Reno, Beth, Edda and Sally. Father-in-law to Clifford Otieno, Faith Mosigisi, Ramadan Bekir and James Midilla. Loving grandfather to many.

The cortege leaves Star Mortuary in Kisumu on Thursday 18th November, 2021, at 8:00am, for a funeral mass at St. John’s Wachara, at 12:00pm. Thereafter the cortege leaves for Ugenya, for an overnight stay.

The burial and funeral service will be held at Lifunga Kobiero in Ugenya-Ukwala, on Friday 19th November, 2021.
