Son of the late Japheth Lucheli Sasala and late Mama Loice Khayecha. Husband of Mary Sasala of RVIST Nakuru. Father of Robai of St. Joseph Rapogi Boys, Benard of KNTC, Mercy of AFFA and Sammy. Brother of Agnes Sabuni, Late Lumbasi, Tomas Makale, James Lucheli, Leah Barasa, Late Indumuli, Rose Lucheli, Alice Muyavila and Esther Lianda

Cousin of Abel Mayavi, Barasa Mayavi, William Muhuyi, Stanley, Hezron, Soita, Norah, Nechesa, Gladys Anyika. Nephew of late Salome Kwalanda, Late Edward Shitanda, Late Mukangai Sasala, Paulo Sasala, Dickson Shamalla and Lonyi Savatia. Brother-in-law of Benjamin Sabuni, Joseph Barasa (BM Security), Isaac Muyavila, Luke Lianda, Jones, Catherine, Late Susan and Maximilla. Father- in-law of John Okeyo and Evelyn Wanjiru, Son-in-law of Shem Anyambu, and late Mama Hezina. Uncle of Evans, Robai, Khayecha, Kevin, Magdaline, Linda, Lewis, Santrine, Hillary, Peter Mayavi, Silas, Mark,Tamata, and Joel Anyika. Grandfather of Seth, Alison, and Kyle and a friend to many.

The cortege leaves Kakamega County Referral Hospital Mortuary on Friday 16th October, 2020 for  viewing and burial on 17th October, 2020 at his home Matioli Village, Malaya Sub-County, Kakamega County.
