DAVID WAMBUGU THUNI

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on to glory of David Wambugu Thuni, that occurred on 28th January 2024.

David was a businessman and director of Solar Rays Ltd – Nairobi.

Son of the late Joseph Thuni and the late Lucy Wachinga.

Loving Husband to Veronica Gathira Wambugu. Father to Stacey Wachinga, Joy Nduta, Nathan Munene and Winfrey Wanja. |

He was a brother to Wahome, Wanjiru Kingori, Wachira, Wangombe, Nderitu, Muthoni Ngatia, Mwangi, Muriithi, Thuku and Wangui Kariuki

Cousin, uncle, brother-in-law, grandfather and friend to many.

Burial preparation meetings are going on at castle gardens Garden Estate- Nairobi 5.00pm – 7.00pm daily.

Family and friends are also meeting at his home in Five Star Paradise – Runda and at his rural home in Othaya – Nyeri as from 5.00pm daily.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Referral Funeral Home at 7:30am for a mass service at Gatuyaini Catholic Church – Othaya on Tuesday 6th February 2024 as from 11.00am and thereafter burial to take place at his
home in Gatuyaini, a few metres from the church.

Friends and relatives are invited for a requiem mass at his home five star paradise on Sunday from 2.00pm.
