DAVIS NG’ANG’A MWANGI

14th March, 1950 – 18th May, 2022

It is with deep sorrow and in humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden passing of Davies Ng’ang’a Mwangi, after a short illness.

Loving husband and friend to Jane Wanjiru Ng’ang’a. Father to Alex Mwangi, Amy Wambui and Antony Weru. Father-in-law to Joan Chemutai and Loise Njeri.

Son of the late Leonard Mwangi (Wajerusha) and the late Rachel Wambui. Son- in-law to the late Ignatius Weru Gatu and Purity Wakiuru Weru.

Brother to the late Rose Njeri, John Muchiri, Irene Mwangi Harvin (USA), Alice Hastings – James (USA) and the late Duncan Chege. Brother-in-law to the late Richard Hastings – James, Lee Harvin, the late Ndila Chege, the late Patrick Murigu, Gatu Weru, Munyoro Weru and Timothy Irimu. Grandfather to VVanjiru, Chematian, Ng’ang’a, Kiara and Gisele.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his home at Uthiru Shopping Centre, from 3:00pm for prayers and funeral preparation.

The cortege leaves PCEA Kikuyu Hospital Mortuary on Wednesday, 28th May, 2022 at 10:00am for a funeral service atACKTrinity Muthua – Uthiru at 11:00am. Interment will follow at his home in Uthiru thereafter.
