DENIS OUMA WERE

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the calling to glory of Denis Ouma Were, on Thursday 21st October, 2021, while undergoing treatment at Meridian Hospital. He was the PA to Kisumu Senator Hon. Fred Outa.

Son of Dalmas Odoyo Were and Marren Ochuonyo Were. Husband to Zeire Mbithe. Father to Denzie Odoyo Were. Brother to Florence, Emily, Paul, the late Wallace, Alice and Cyril. Uncle to Ian, Jeff, Joy, Austin, Ashlyn, Joy, Quincey, Brandon, Amaya and Amanda. Nephew and cousin to many. Brother in law to Maurice Mudoga and Pamela.

Family and friends are meeting for prayers and funeral arrangements at Madaraka Estate, MF23 Nature Court, from 6.00pm daily.

There will be a fundraising drive to offset hospital and funeral expenses on Friday 29th October, 2021, at All Saints Cathedral, Nairobi from 5.00pm to 8.00pm. Contributions can be sent to Business number: (891300) (M-Changa),Account: (50581).

The requiem mass will be held on Thursday 4th November, 2021, from 2.00pm, at the Shrine of Mary Help of Christians, Don Bosco Upper Hill.

The burial will be held at his father’s home at Mirogi Ndhiwa Sub-county on 5th November, 2021.
