We regret to announce the sudden death of Dr. Patrick Wathe Mwangangi of Nairobi City County government which occurred on 7/8/2020 at Mater hospital Nairobi.

Husband of Rita Mueni Wathe. Son of the late Mwangangi Mwandai and the late Kasuni Mwangangi of Mui location, Kitui county. Father of Mwangangi Wathe, Muema Wathe, Eng Laura Wathe and Tatiana Wathe. Brother of Mwende, the late Mwatha, Julius Mwandai, the late Peter Mwangangi, Mwandai Mwangangi, Mwinzi Mwangangi, Kaveti Juma, Munewe Mulwa, Eng Nzavi Mwandai and Ndike Kinyanzwii. Son-in-law of Mutua Muange and the late Syuthio Mutua of Matiliku, Makueni. Brother-in-law of Malonza Kimanzi, Mutheke, Mutisya Syumwenzwa, Eng Patrick Mutua, Kavisa, Kathini, Mulwa, Juma, Mwathi, Esther Nzavi, and Kinyanzwii. Uncle of Steve Malonza, Mwikali, Mark Malonza, Martin, Mwendwa, Sammy, Ceaser among others. Cousin of Eng. Mutii Kivoto, Mitau, Mwatha, Musili Mutemi, Dr. Musangi Mutua, among others.

The Cortege leaves Lee Funeral Home on Saturday, 15th August, 2020 at 7am for burial at his residence at Kyanika village, Kivou ward, Mwingi Central Sub-county, Kitui County on the same day from 11am.
